Let’s not give up – the psychologist advises!

A few words from Mrs. Ola, our school psychologist!
“I would like to remind you that the situation we are currently facing is a huge challenge for our body and it is awareness and support that will guide us safely through it.
Every change in life, both positive and negative, causes a stress response. One way to reduce stress is physical activity.
As a school, we certainly won’t forget about you and the portion of exercise for each day.
Today’s set of exercises from Mr. Bartek are already in your e-mail boxes. There is nothing to wait for – we take out sports clothes and move. I am with you.
